Cancellations Policy

At Kalavriti, we understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your order. This Cancellations Policy explains how and when you can cancel your order with us.

1. Order Cancellations by Customer

  • Before Dispatch:
    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed or shipped. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • After Dispatch:
    Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still request a return or exchange after receiving the order, as per our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

Certain orders cannot be cancelled once placed, including:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Orders marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Gift cards

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order:

  1. Email us at info@kalavriti.com with your order number and cancellation request.
  2. If eligible, our team will confirm your cancellation and initiate a refund.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations (before dispatch) will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Cancellations by Kalavriti

We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, such as:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued
  • Payment issues or failure
  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors
  • Orders flagged as fraudulent or suspicious

If Kalavriti cancels your order, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
