Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we ship across India. We are working on expanding to international shipping soon—stay tuned!
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number on your registered email. You can use this to track your order online.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Some items like personalized products, clearance items, or gift cards are non-returnable.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, you can exchange your product for another item of your choice within 7 days, subject to availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
